A family room with minimum three single beds and/or single beds/bunk beds without private facilities flatscreen TV with freeview WiFi complimentary toiletries tea/coffee facilities. Iron and ironing board on request. Room may have more than 3 beds. Rate applies only to families with max. 2 adults and 1 child under 15 years adults replacing children will incur a supplement OR may NOT be admitted no refund will be given. Guests should be aware that The Lodge is not a hotel as previously noted we offer weekend accommodation to groups thus enabling us to then offer rooms at discounted rates midweek. The Lodge does not offer the same standard of accommodation or facilities as our sister establishment The Ashleigh. Breakfast is available at our adjacent hotel at a supplement or for early departures it may be possible to provide a 'Breakfast To Go'.
